Through many years of working in legal tech and KM we have a wide network and broad understanding of the market, and a deep understanding of what lawyers and other professionals want and need from their technology solutions. We can work with clients to gather and understand their requirements, and translate these into technical specifications for IT functions and vendors, and make recommendations for potential solutions.
We work in close collaboration with a client’s IT function as an advocate for the KM or in-house team, acting as a bridge to ensure that the client’s business requirements are understood fully by solution providers, and also to manage client expectations about the capabilities of km and legal tech solutions.
With our network and relationships with KM and legal tech vendors, we can engage directly with vendors to facilitate demonstrations, and obtain RFIs and proposals. We can assist clients with vendor evaluation and with making decisions to select the right solution vendor and implementation partners, and can help clients throughout solution implementation.
