Richard Tomlinson has more than 25 years’ experience in legal, financial and professional services technology and knowledge management, including 11 years with PwC in the UK and Global IT departments, and 11 years working at top tier international law firms Linklaters, Shearman & Sterling, and BCLP, in senior knowledge management roles. Richard was most recently Chief Knowledge Officer and Associate Partner at Ardevora Asset Management LLP.
Richard has advised clients on the selection and implementation of every type of legal KM technology, and delivered business-as-usual knowledge management and IT services with a particular focus on knowledge search and document automation. Richard is a certified business analyst, PRINCE2 project manager, ITIL certified, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Richard created kaaspi to help law firms, in-house teams, financial and professional services organisations with their knowledge management requirements, including providing strategic KM advice and reviews, KM and legal technology selection and implementation, and project leadership and support.
