Project Support

We have extensive experience of leading and working on projects across KM and legal tech, including technology pilots and assessments, document automation, process development and improvement projects, and service transition.  We can work with clients to provide support across the project life-cycle, in roles including business analyst, project or programme manager, and KM / legal tech subject matter expert.

Drawing on our own experience and working with partners we can implement document automation projects, ranging from project scoping and template mark-up to template automation and hosting, and maintenance and support.  We can also help design, implement and embed a document automation programme or help maximise the efficiency of an existing programme.

Transitioning from a project to a business-as-usual service can be a very challenging time and we can help with change management and adoption, as well as designing operational services and accompanying processes.  With both ITIL certification and Legal Six Sigma Black Belt certification we can work with clients on projects to identify KM process inefficiencies and improve these through robust and pragmatic service delivery models.
